HUNTERTOWN — Carroll’s girls tennis team took a blowout win over Snider on April 15, 5-0, winning each set in a convincing manner.

No. 1 singles player Maggie Brennan defeated Snider’s Jill Solloway 6-0, 7-5.

Cecelia Martin beat Snider’s Zoe Skiver 6-0, 6-0 in No. 2 singles.

In No. 3 singles, Tori Skender won 6-1, 6-1 over Grace Saunders.

In doubles action, the team of Emily Davis and Samantha Hess beat Lexi Mathias and Ella Clarke 6-0, 7-5.

The No. 2 doubles duo of Mya Lash and Brooke Hoekema beat Snider’s Mallory Schumm and Jensen Miguel 6-3, 6-2.

In junior varsity play Andrea Elizondo and Bansari Patel won their doubles match, 6-2.

With the win, Carroll’s varsity record improved to 4-0.
