Fatir Mumin Muhammad, 53, was arrested during a traffic stop on Dec. 19 at 12:44 a.m. without incident. Muhammad was arrested in connection with the shooting that occurred on Dec. 14 at 8:18 a.m. on 2700 West Washington Center Road.

Muhammad’s preliminary charges are two counts of attempted murder and one count of burglary with bodily injury.
