The Fort Wayne Fire Department responded to a reported structure fire in the 1200 block of White Oak Drive at approximately 8:26 a.m. on Sept. 4.

Fire crews searched the house for victims and extinguished a small fire in a dining room. The house was under renovation and was unoccupied.

The injuries occurred at the incident and the cause is still under investigation. American Electric Power, Nipsco, Neighborhood Code and Fort Wayne Communications assisted in resolving the incident.
