A Fort Wayne man was killed in a motorcycle accident about 2:55 a.m. Tuesday, April 25.

The Allen County Coroner’s Office identified the man as Cullen Alexander Surine, 22.

Surine was the operator of a motorcycle that left the roadway and struck a guardrail in the 7300 block of Leesburg Road. Arcola Fire Department personnel pronounced Surine dead at the scene.

The cause of death was determined to be blunt force injuries due to the motorcycle crash, and the cause manner of death was determined to be accident.

The death is the 13th traffic fatality for Fort Wayne and Allen County in 2023.
