NOBLESVILLE — It’s been a magical 2022 season for the Carroll High School volleyball team. But the ride came to an end this past Saturday at the Class 4A Noblesville Regional, where the Chargers fell to a very tough Hamilton Southeastern squad, 16-25, 18-25, 20-25.

The Royals dominated this one pretty much from the start.

Carroll was led by Ellie Frey with nine kills. Brenna Ginder had 29 digs and Olivia Gisslen had 26 assists.

Carroll finishes 31-3. The Chargers will say goodbye to seniors Summer Hendershot, Ella Etter, Ellie Frey, Aliyah Saylor, Lauren O’Neill and Emma Guderian.
